Our City Park service is home to up to four adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
We offer full-time hours.
Typical shifts: 07.00-15.00, 14.00-22.00, 22.00-07.00
You’ll need to be flexible to work all shifts week days and weekends as part of a rota.

What you’ll do
Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
