Summary
Caretaker
Provide a visible, reliable, and trusted caretaking service across housing estates and residential buildings
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in internal communal areas and external estate environments
Monitor and support waste management, grounds maintenance, and estate services to ensure quality delivery
Identify, report, and manage health and safety issues, taking appropriate action when required
Act as a first point of contact for residents, offering guidance, reassurance, and support when needed
Work closely with service teams, contractors, and emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
Use initiative and sound judgement to respond effectively to challenging situations
Work independently and collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for residents and stakeholders
Support out-of-hours emergency cover where required
Role is subject to a DBS check
