Salary & Benefits
Basic salary between £30,000 – £55,000, depending on experience and productivity
Overtime available for those who want additional hours
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Opportunity to train as an MOT Tester

Key Responsibilities
Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs to a consistently high standard
Complete all Vehicle Health Checks accurately and thoroughly
Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality
Replace components, parts, lubricants, and consumables, accurately recording usage
Take ownership of your work and ensure jobs are completed right first time
Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level qualification (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently when required
MOT Tester Card preferred, but not essential
Full UK driving licence is essential
