Shop Assistant – Schoolwear, Workwear & Teamwear
Logoxpres
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our busy Schoolwear, workwear, and teamwear store.
This is a varied retail role involving customer service, sales, stock handling, and supporting personalised clothing orders for schools, clubs, teams, and businesses. Full training will be provided.
Key Duties:
• Serve customers in-store and provide product advice
• Assist with Schoolwear, workwear, and teamwear sales
• Process transactions accurately
• Support personalised and branded clothing orders
• Collect size, colour, quantity, and logo placement requirements
• Liaise with approved suppliers regarding artwork and designs
• Ensure customer approval is obtained before production
• Receive and organise stock deliveries
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional shop environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential.
