Summary
Working 5 days with 2 fixed days off during the week. 9am - 5.30pm. 40 hours.
Shop - Main duties in the shop are serving on the till while offering great customer service, constantly tidying shop, pricing and merchandising the stock, looking after houseplants, communicating with customers and offering outstanding customer service.
Plant Area - Constantly tidying and displaying plants, dead heading flowers, watering plants, unloading deliveries, maintaining a tidy plant area by sweeping and raking. Restocking ceramic pots, composts, gravels and concrete ornaments. Providing advice to customers and outstanding customer service. Ability to work at a fast pace to make sure plant area always looks at its best at all times.
Must be hard working and able to work at a fast pace. No experience necessary but applicants must have a strong willingness to learn. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an interest in gardening and customer service. We have a great team of outstanding staff in each centre. Are you the right person to join us.
