About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for somebody who thrives in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day office administrative tasks
• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintaining filing systems both digital and paper
• Supporting managers and team members with ad-hoc admin tasks
• Assisting with basic finance tasks such as purchase orders using our Management software (Full training will be given)
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
• Full UK Driving licence (Desirable)
