As an Apprentice Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Process delegate registrations and ensure all details are recorded accurately.

Send booking confirmations, joining instructions, and follow-up communications to delegates and clients.

Prepare course materials, delegate packs, and certificates as required.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based).

Customer Service

Be the first point of contact for clients, delegates, and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.

Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries promptly and efficiently.

Provide administrative support to trainers and management to ensure the smooth running of training days.

Assist with setting up training rooms, arranging refreshments, and welcoming delegates on arrival.

Marketing and Communications

Support the marketing team by scheduling and posting content on social media platforms.

Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Help maintain an up-to-date company website and online training calendar.

General Office Duties

Ensure office and training areas are tidy, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and general office administration.

Contribute ideas for process improvement and support the development of efficient office systems.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks.
