About the RoleWe're recruiting a Full-Time Support Worker in Gosport to support a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently in his own home.
He enjoys:

A calm, consistent approach, especially during moments of distress
Your role will include:

Encouraging and supporting him to take part in activities he enjoys

Providing personal care

Supporting with shopping, cooking, and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

Administering and recording medication
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
-
Kind, patient, and committed to helping others live life their way
-
Able to remain calm and reassuring during behaviours of distress

A confident driver with a Full UK Manual Driving Licence (you'll be driving an automatic mobility vehicle)
Shift patterns include:

Long days: 10am-8pm or 7am-10pm
-
At least one sleep-in per week (sleep-in payment: £50)
