Female Support Worker - Full Time (37.5 hrs) - Fareham

About the role

You'll support adults with learning disabilities and autism with everyday tasks and personal care, encourage independence, and join them in the activities they love — from shopping and cinema trips to music, meals out, gardening, bird watching, and especially swimming. You'll also accompany them to appointments and out in the community.

What you need

Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)

Ability to work a mix of shifts between 7am-10pm, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins

This role requires a female Support Worker under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010
