Summary
The main duties of the appointees will be centred around delivery of Endoscopy lists. 1. Outpatient endoscopy activity The post holder will be expected to deliver 6 general endoscopy lists per week (OGD/colonoscopy/flexible sigmoidoscopy) in a semi annualised format likely in a 6 week rolling block AM endoscopy lists are booked at 12 points and PM endoscopy lists are booked at 10 points A further 1.5 DCC will be provided to allow the post holder to do patient related admin related to the endoscopy lists 0.5 DCC allocation for attending MDT meetings 2 SPA sessions will be provided (1.5 core SPA, 0.5 SPA clinical audit) to make this a 10PA role 2.
