What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating the whole-school inclusion strategy
• Leading, coaching and upskilling a dynamic team of SEN specialists and support staff
• Interpreting assessment data to deliver tailored interventions and direct resources
• Building robust partnerships with parents, external agencies and local networks
• Delivering cutting-edge policy, safeguarding and compliance in SEND & inclusion
• Modelling inclusive practice in classrooms and driving up standards for all
• Acting as the school’s SENDCO, maintaining exemplary provision and statutory compliance
