• Leading the inclusive provision agenda across a dynamic, diverse school
• Driving the development and implementation of robust SEND strategies
• Coaching and supporting staff to deliver truly personalised learning experiences
• Acting as the school’s SEND advocate in all stakeholder meetings
• Overseeing EHCP processes, statutory assessments, and targeted interventions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities
