The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join the logistics administration team. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world office experience while developing core business and administrative skills. You will earn a competitive wage while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls professionally
Supporting the end-to-end order process
Coordinating deliveries and collection requests using multiple courier services
Booking shipments with courier and freight partners
Updating shipment manifests and CRM systems accurately
Creating invoices and assisting with general accounts administration
Responding to email and postal correspondence
Organising, maintaining, and filing documentation
Providing general administrative support to the wider logistics team
Skills & Knowledge Required
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of Maths and English
Confident using IT systems; Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Team player with a strong work ethic
