Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Northwood Hills for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the smooth running of the nursery
• Lead and supervise staff across rooms
• Maintain high standards of care and education
• Ensure policies, procedures, and EYFS requirements are met
• Support parent partnerships and inspections
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• 2+ years’ experience in a senior or leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth EYFS knowledge
