Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Northwood Hills for a Senior Nursery Practitioner working with babies aged 6–14 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and guide the room team
• Deliver high-quality baby care and learning experiences
• Lead observations and planning
• Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding standards
• Communicate effectively with parents
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• 2+ years’ experience with babies
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Leadership skills and a nurturing approach
