Summary

EYFS Teaching Assistant – Outstanding Nursery School in Edgbaston

We’re excited to be working with a truly fantastic Nursery School in Edgbaston, which we’ve proudly supported with staffing for the past 4 years.

From February Half Term, the school is looking for a passionate and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting in their 2-year-old room. This is a full-time position, where you will have your own group of key children, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Nursery is rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted and is known for its warm, friendly atmosphere. Staff are welcoming, down-to-earth and make you feel part of the team from day one.

The Role

You’ll play a vital role in supporting young children during a crucial stage of their development, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least 6 months’ experience working within an EYFS setting


  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or EYFS


  • A kind, caring and nurturing nature


  • Strong initiative and a proactive attitude


  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in a child’s life


  • A hardworking and enthusiastic approach
