Summary
Candidate is responsible for managing and enhancing Consultonic Pvt Ltd’s online presence by developing and delivering an effective social media strategy aligned with the company's objectives. The role includes planning monthly content calendars, producing high-quality posts, reels and short videos, writing engaging captions, and ensuring consistent brand tone across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. The post holder will analyse usage data, monitor trends, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to improve reach, engagement and lead generation. Responsibilities include facilitating customer service by responding to comments and enquiries in a timely and professional manner, supporting paid social campaigns with targeting inputs, and managing social media projects and promotional campaigns from planning to execution. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a gross annual salary of £42,800.
