• Manage daily social media operations, including posting schedules, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote new menu items, store openings, campaigns, and promotions.
• Work with influencers, food bloggers, and local creators to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and optimise content based on engagement and growth metrics.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, especially within the F&B and street food space in the UK.

• Strong content creation skills, with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the UK food & beverage market and social media trends is an advantage.
