Job Description

The Best Connection is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in South Birmingham. This full-time, front-of-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming first impression .

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors

  • Managing front-of-house duties and maintaining a professional environment

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls ☎️

  • Handling emails and general enquiries

  • Signing visitors in and out of the building

  • Providing general administrative support as required

About You
  • Well-presented, polite, and professional

  • A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
