Summary
Administrator - Probation Service (Birmingham)
Are you organised, detail-focused, and confident working with systems and data? We're looking for a proactive Administrator to join the Probation Service in Birmingham, supporting vital work that makes a real difference.
This is a computer-based administrative role where you'll manage a central mailbox, receiving appointment information from prisons and accurately processing and uploading this data across a range of systems. You'll also liaise with external providers, confirming attendance where required, so strong communication skills are key.

Working arrangements:
You'll have a local office as your main base, with a requirement to work from Centre City, Birmingham once a week. Initial training will take place at the Centre City site, and following training, office attendance will be 60% of the working week.
