Summary

Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (Blackpool)
Salary: £65,000 – £73,000 per year, Performance Bonus linked

Outbound Care is recruiting an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two established children’s residential homes in Blackpool. This is a senior leadership role within a family-run organisation with a proven track record of Good and Outstanding Ofsted inspections.

The Role
• Registered Manager responsible for two children’s residential homes
• Lead, manage, and develop residential childcare teams
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Maintain inspection readiness and quality assurance standards
• Champion safeguarding, therapeutic care, and positive outcomes for young people
Requirements
• Registered Manager experience or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards)
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS check
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted compliance
