Job Opportunity: Car Sales Advisor
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is not essential, as full training will be provided; however, a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and engaging customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Working proactively to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and the automotive market
Assisting with vehicle presentation, merchandising, and general forecourt standards
Accurately processing sales documentation and customer transactions
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements:
A confident, friendly, and professional manner with excellent people skills
A strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed within a sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven role
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-focused
Competent in using computer systems and sales-related software
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence (essential)
