Summary
Applicant MUST hold a full and relevant level 3 early Years Qualification.
Have a First Aid qualification
have experience leading and managing in early years education
Core responsibilities will include:
Lead and inspire our team to deliver high-quality care and education
Work closely with the committee and staff to maintain our warm, inclusive ethos.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements
Build strong, positive relationships with children, the nursery team, parents and local schools.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all the children in the nursery.
