This is a key frontline role, providing a warm welcome to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff, and ensuring our reception runs smoothly and efficiently.We’re looking for someone who can be flexible to provide cover for the other shift during holidays and sickness.As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver excellent customer service, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide essential administrative support across the organisation.
