Summary
Are you looking for a supportive Early Years/KS2 LSA role in Essex?
Are you experienced in working 1:1 with pupils with SEN? The Role- 1:1 support with a Year 3 child
- Hours: 9:30 – 2:30
- Based in Harlow
- Start: 2.1.2026
- Duration: Until half term
- SEN experience essential
- Primary school has around 184 pupils on roll
- Good quality of education and pupil support recognised in the most recent inspection
- SEN Hub providing tailored support for pupils with additional needs
- Clear routines and supportive learning environment reported in inspection frameworks
- Good access via public transport and local roads
- A strong commitment to the position
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs, ideally ASD
- Confidence in providing 1:1 support
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Our support and experience as the primary specialist working in partnership with Herts Education
