Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-time ARP Teacher to join our team in the NW10 0AB, Stonebridge area. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our learners.

As an ARP (Additional Resource Provision) Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic development of each child.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as proven experience in creating inclusive and nurturing learning environments. You will be skilled in adapting teaching strategies to cater to individual student needs, and you will have a strong commitment to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in your learners.

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support the learning and development of students with SEND
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement individualised education plans
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and the wider school community
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of learning and empowers students to reach their full potential
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of SEND education
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Significant experience working with students with SEND, preferably in an ARP or similar specialized setting
- Exceptional knowledge of SEND strategies, pedagogical approaches, and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young learners
