- Provide high-quality, tailored support to students across all Key Stages
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons under the guidance of our teaching staff
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that cater to individual student needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to support their development
- Contribute to the overall pastoral care and wellbeing of our students
- Possess a recognised teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful HLTA experience in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
