JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Newark based client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their existing team. You will be responsible for the day to day tasks of the warehouse, ensuring jobs are completed and correct.
Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor include:
• Motivate and lead staff.
• Implement policies and procedures.
• Provide support to any number of projects.
• Communicate between departments.
• Manage stores, production volumes, and KPI’s.
To be considered for the role of Warehouse Supervisor:
• Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and verbal
• Have previous leadership experience.
• Be self-motivated, well organised with good time management.
• FLT experience is advantageous.
