Summary
If you are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to work alongside the Ward Manager and other clinical leads to develop our inpatient ward vision then we would like to hear from you. You will need to demonstrate the necessary role modelling qualities in line with Trust Values to promote high standards of care and contribute to service development and transformation. You will be expected to provide clinical and managerial supervision and appraisal systems for a group of staff as well as maintaining your own continuing professional development. You will be expected to deputise in absence of Ward Manager and support the Ward Manager in maintaining effective team working processes including e- rostering, sickness and attendance management, clinical audit and PAD. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
