What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, developing, and delivering a pioneering SEND strategy
• Overseeing EHCPs, reviews, and statutory requirements to gold-standard compliance
• Guiding, coaching, and upskilling teaching and support staff
• Coordinating multi-agency work for maximum student impact
• Championing a whole-school ethos of high achievement for all learners
