Summary

We are excited to be hiring for a Clinical Resourcer to join our growing team. The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the HAAS Recruitment team with a wide range of activities that supports delivering high quality, volume and specialist recruits into our business. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast environment and requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on multitasking on a wide variety of recruitment and offer management talent related tasks.

What you'll be doing as a Resourcer:

  • Managing and screening all applications and sharing shortlists of qualified talent with the Clinical Recruiters.
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines aligned with ongoing demand by proactively leveraging healthcare sector sourcing channels to acquire the right talent for the business.
  • Overseeing job advertisement placement and collaborating with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to maintain consistent external advertising.
  • Ensuring equitable and prompt treatment of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing scheduling, feedback, and inquiries, as well as providing updates to champion the candidate experience.

To qualify for this role, you will need to:

  • Possess strong candidate sourcing and candidate management skills with experience in background screening processes.
  • Have worked within a forward-thinking, fast-paced recruitment team and be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Be able to demonstrate strong organisation, time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills, excelling under pressure.

    This role is fully remote, however the successful candidate should be within a commutable distance of London or Birmingham in case of occassional days in the office or in support roles.
