Summary

Senior HR Advisor | Warrington | Fixed-Term Contract (12 months Maternity Cover)
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum | Full-Time (39 hours per week)

About the Role:
KPI Recruiting are delighted to be partnering with a well established business in Warrington seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced HR team. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide expert advice and support across a variety of complex employee relations matters, working closely with managers to deliver pragmatic, legally compliant solutions. The role involves occasional travel and offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex HR and employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE transfers, flexible working requests, medical capability, and absence management).
  • Provide clear, confident advice in line with UK employment law and best practices.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Maintain accurate case management and documentation.
  • Manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Line management of an HR Administrator, including performance and professional development.

    About you:
    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or advisory role.
    • Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
    • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
    • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
    • A resilient and agile approach to work in a fast-moving environment.
