What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate Fanuc-controlled multi-axis turning centres, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Work with a variety of machines, including 2-axis to 7-axis setups, such as Doosan, Nakamura, and Miyano models with twin turret and twin spindle configurations.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced section leader to maintain production quality and achieve performance targets.
- Carry out basic programming tasks to optimise machine operations and improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results for clients.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, with knowledge of Fanuc-controlled machinery.
- Familiarity with multi-axis turning centres and an understanding of machine setups and operations.
- Basic programming skills to enhance operational efficiency.
