Summary
Delivery Driver / Yard Person
We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver / Yard Person to support our field teams and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, practical, and eager to work in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely collect, transport, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to field teams and customer sites
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all items are handled correctly
• Maintain the yard area, keeping it organised, tidy, and compliant with safety standards
• Carry out basic stock checks and support inventory management
• Support the team with general yard duties, preparation of equipment, and project logistics
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues
• Work collaboratively with field operatives, providing timely support to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A reasonably clean UK driving licence (van driving experience beneficial)
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safe working practices
• Must be located within commutable distance to Salisbury (accommodation not provided)
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
