Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you'll lead the charge in strategy execution, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis driving the commercial heartbeat of our iconic lifestyle properties.
You will also actively participate in shaping our ongoing technology advancements, exploring new possibilities, and evolving your role as the industry embraces the power and potential of AI.

What you'll create with us:
- As our Senior Lifestyle Revenue Manager, you will:
- Elevate the lifestyle experience, curating revenue strategies that align with guest behaviours, cultural trends, and experiential moments to ensure pricing, positioning, and distribution all reflect the unique identity and vibe of a lifestyle hotel.
- Drive total commercial performance by optimising demand across every revenue stream, segment, and channel - maximising both revenue and profit.
- Lead, empower, and elevate the Revenue Manager, supporting their development and boosting their strategic impact.
- Turn data into action, analysing daily demand patterns to uncover risks and opportunities that fuel RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share growth.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, M&E Sales, M&E Planning, and Hotel Operations to shape, activate, and measure winning commercial strategies.
- Bring our Revenue Management philosophy to life, translating brand and regional (UK/Europe) strategies into clear, purposeful direction.
- Innovate boldly, exploring new business opportunities and creating long-term value for PPHE through guest insights, market intelligence, and strong partnerships.
- Uplift the wider business by sharing expertise, delivering training, and supporting cross‑regional teams with best‑practice knowledge.
About You
- Deeply in tune with lifestyle trends and guest behaviour, understanding how culture, design, community, and experiences influence demand and using that knowledge to shape more engagement‑led revenue strategies.
- You bring at least 3 years of Revenue Management experience.
- Background in Hospitality or Retail. Operational experience is a plus, helping you connect strategy with on‑the‑ground reality.
- A confident communicator and forward‑thinking strategist, translating data and insights into clear, impactful action.
- Naturally solution‑oriented, with the initiative and analytical mindset to tackle complex challenges independently.
- Experienced in leading or coaching teams, inspiring others to grow and succeed.
- Tech‑savvy, eager to explore new tools, digital solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Enthusiastic to experiment with AI‑driven approaches
