Summary
Job Description
A Personal Assistant required to support a gentleman with Neuromuscular Disability, support with personal care, activities within the community, and in the home. This will be for 8 hours per a week - flexible to be discussed at interview. Driving licence required - access to the family vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support with personal care - washing, showering and dressing.
Support with laundry and house hold tasks.
Assistance with taking me out in my mobility van- FULL UK license required.
Specific Requirements
PA should be caring, motivated, consistent and punctual.
Need to be able to communicate well.
DRIVER with UK clean license.
Required Training
Previous care work with a disabled individual.
Moving & handling and first aid certificate- Preferable.

How will the hours be used- Tuesday 3-5pm. Thursday 2-4pm. Saturday 2-4pm. Sunday 10am- 12noon.
