Help with meals/feeding where necessary, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies.
Support clients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
Skills
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of care home procedures and home care practices is advantageous.
Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while demonstrating empathy and patience.
