Last Minute Productions UK is a growing media production company working with businesses across the North East to deliver high-quality video, photography, and content for digital platforms and campaigns.
We are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business as we expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling shoots and meetings
Supporting invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and freelancers
Maintaining internal documents, contracts, and project files
Assisting with basic HR and compliance administration
Supporting directors with general administrative tasks
Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential
