Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintaining upkeep of our care home. Duties
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimise risks
General up keep of the home such as; painting & decorating.
Maintain safety records and certificates in line with policy
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally
Skills
Experience in general maintenance tasks across different systems
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for documentation and team coordination
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards internal clients
Proven leadership skills to organise tasks efficiently, motivate team members, and ensure safety standards are upheld
