Summary
Title: Service Administrator
Type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time (Monday – Friday 16-20 hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 pro rata
Details:
Help contribute towards the team's daily workload.
Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details.
Maintain service information on all machinery.
Deal with customers face to face and email.
Collate information and process warranties for manufacturers.
Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
Maintain information on excel spreadsheets.
Assist Parts department and sales department as and when required.
All duties to be carried out confidentiality.
Person Specification:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The highest attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word as well as email packages.
Understanding of agricultural machinery would be an advantage.
Administrative experience.
Good knowledge of IT and computer based accounts systems.
Good communicator with customers and staff.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn new skills as systems and needs develop.
