We have an opportunity for a friendly, approachable person to welcome and triage our customers at Alcester Banking Hub to help support our local community.
The successful applicant will gain key skills across many industries including customer services, banking, bill payments. Daily duties will include;-
-Helping customers understand what services are available.
-Directing customers to the right service/banker
-Managing queues and appointments.
-Providing a helpful, professional first point of contact.
-Ensuring the Hub is welcoming and well-presented.
This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, confident and reliable. You must be a good communicator and want to be a part of a community-based service.
