Summary

Do you want to be part of developing the future of the Motor Vehicle industry?

MK College Motor Vehicle department has newly refurbished Workshop space with plentiful industry standard equipment and tooling, based at our Bletchley Campus.

As Programme Manager your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Motor Vehicle provision, including line management of the team. Working closely with your team and Head of School, you will look to develop a high-quality innovative curriculum that meets the needs of employers and delivers high quality outcomes for students.

We are looking for someone with skills and knowledge of the Motor Vehicle industry as well as proven high quality teaching experience. Your core knowledge of the industry will enhance the learning experience for students to ensure that they can progress into their chosen career. It is important that you can support and encourage your colleagues so the ability to people manage and act as direct support for the Head of School is essential. You will be a self-motivated individual eager to develop and take on further responsibility.
