We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Mobile Service Technician. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading provider specialising in mobile vehicle repairs and maintenance. The Mobile Service Technician will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service across a variety of vehicle types, including electric vehicles, within a flexible, 24/7 operating environment.

Duties:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage your own schedule and work independently to complete repairs and maintenance efficiently
- Utilise advanced equipment and technology to deliver accurate and timely service
- Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, including electric vehicle systems, through training and continuous professional development
Candidate Specification:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or an equivalent qualification in automotive repair
- Previous experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
- Valid and full UK driving licence
- Strong proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Adaptability to work flexible hours within a 24/7 operation
- Enthusiasm for learning and development, particularly related to electric vehicles
