As a Tenancy Management Advisor at Hyde, you will be the first point of contact for anti-social behaviour and tenancy services, delivering a responsive and customer-focused service. You will triage and manage cases, provide clear advice and guidance to customers, and ensure cases progress in line with agreed timescales, policies, and legal requirements.

Key Duties

Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy enquiries, triaging and managing cases through to completion
Provide accurate advice and guidance to customers, promoting early intervention and resolution
Prepare and manage case plans, risk assessments and enforcement actions, ensuring accurate records and CRM updates
Process tenancy changes and investigate issues such as abandoned properties and illegal subletting
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, timely and customer-focused outcomes

As a Tenancy Management Advisor we’re seeking someone who can bring:

Proven experience in managing ASB and tenancy cases within a housing or customer service environment
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer service and safe communities
The ability to assess risk, manage casework effectively and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
