About Hyde

Our Property Services team ensures that homes are kept in great condition, and our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our Property Maintenance team as a Property Services Administrator.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Property Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting property maintenance services and ensuring our customers receive a responsive, high-quality customer experience.
You will provide flexible administrative support across the Property Services function, act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries relating to repairs and support the team in resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll be doing
Managing customer enquiries relating to property repairs
Acting as an escalation point for customers experiencing ongoing or complex repair issues
Working closely with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve problems
Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to support tracking, reporting and service improvement
Managing multiple mailboxes and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
Supporting diary management for Property Services colleagues
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
A passion for providing great customer service.
