Summary
Senior Sous Chef – Canary Wharf
Monday–Friday | 40 hrs | Overtime Paid
We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef for a high-volume, premium food operation in Canary Wharf.
Hours: 7:30am–4:00pm, with 1–2 occasional evening shifts (paid overtime)
Team: 10 chefs + 4 KPs
Average 300 covers per day
Service includes:
Breakfast, lunch & dinner, private dining (2 rooms daily), buffets (50–60 covers), finger food for up to 200 guests, family-style buffets and fine dining.
Requirements:
Strong fine dining experience in high-volume kitchens
Confident leading teams and delivering consistent quality under pressure
