What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the school’s SEND strategy—driving ambitious outcomes for all learners
• Coordinating multi-agency support and managing robust EHCP processes
• Mentoring and developing a passionate team of TAs, LSAs, and teachers
• Championing whole-school inclusive practice, training staff, and fostering parent partnerships
• Directly supporting pupils with a diverse range of needs—autism, SEMH, SLCN, and more
• Analysing data to inform interventions, track progress, and close achievement gaps
