The Governors and Head Teacher wish to appoint a Caretaker to:
To carry out the general functions as specified in the Caretaking Staff Handbook and also any other duties as the Head Teacher may reasonably request from time to time.andnbsp;
To advise the Head Teacher when the need arises for repairs and maintenance to the premises and furnishings to ensure safe conditions at all times.andnbsp;
To ensure the general security and safety of the schooland#39;s premises and grounds.andnbsp;
To undertake general porterage duties.andnbsp;
To carry out first line repairs and maintenance.andnbsp;
To have a commitment to energy efficiency.andnbsp;
Successful applicant must be able to listen and respond appropriately to childrenandrsquo;s needs and follow instructions from school staff.
