Norton Hill Primary School is seeking a committed, motivated and dynamic Administrator to join our team. If you’re looking for a varied role in a supportive team where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity.We are looking for an organised, professional and approachable School Administrator to provide an administrative support to staff, pupils and parents. The post holder will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Role Purpose:To work as a key part of the Administration Team, providing high quality administrative support for the school and providing clerical, word processing and Reception support.To support the Office Manager in providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Teaching Staff for the benefit of the school.The Candidate:The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who is able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with parents, pupils, staff and external agencies.A high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism is essential. You will be comfortable learning and using a range of IT systems, maintaining high-quality data, and supporting others with system queries. A flexible, proactive and team-focused approach is vital, along with reliability and patience.
