Are you an engineer looking for a stable, "Days Only" role in one of the most resilient industries in the UK? We are a leading food production site near Spalding, and we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys a collaborative environment.
Why this role?Working in food manufacturing means variety. You'll be working with a mix of high-speed packaging machinery, conveyors, and processing equipment. Most importantly, you'll be doing it on a Days Only 4-on, 4-off pattern - offering the perfect balance of a long weekend every week without the night-shift fatigue.
What we need from youOur Engineering Manager is looking for team fit above all else. Whether you are Mechanically or Electrically biased, we want someone who is:

Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across the food production line.

Responding to reactive breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Suggesting and implementing small-scale improvements to machinery.

Ensuring all work is carried out to food safety and hygiene standards.
